Surrey Law Centre is seeking to appoint a Housing Solicitor. The successful applicant will have proven experience of providing specialist housing advice and representation under an LSC contract. S/he will have a sound knowledge of housing law to include homelessness, possession, disrepair and will have experience of representing clients in possession proceedings. Experience of community care and/or welfare benefits and debt will be an advantage.
