Housing Law Solicitor
Fisher Meredith’s Housing team seek a solicitor of 4-5 years PQE to undertake a broad range of housing work including disrepair, homelessness appeals, defending possession proceedings and illegal eviction for mostly social housing and private tenants.
You must have experience of running a publicly funded caseload and high levels of personal motivation. An ability to attract and develop transactional private landlord and tenant work would be advantageous.
